He is survived by: his wife Cathy Glass; his children, Gwen Cook (Glenn), Shea Pogue, Daphne Elkins (Tim), Jason Irby (Brandy) and Kyle Irby (Morgan); his grandchildren, Myles Vince, Michael Vince, Riley Cook (April), Baeleigh Cook, Colin Cook, Noah Pogue (Reagan), Micah Pogue, Kaylee Pogue, Baley Smith (Jared), Meah Elkins, Ainnslee Elkins, Cole Irby, Cambrey Irby, Nolan Irby and Hudson Irby; his great grandchildren, Presley Cook, Adler Joles, Magnolia Smith and Rhett Smith; his sisters, Charlotte Chatham (Billy) and Barbara McCarty (Larry); and his sister-in-law Nita Glass.
