He was predeceased by: his parents, Louann Hemphill (Bowen) and Cecil Clay Hemphill. He is survived by: his siblings, Cecil Matthew Hemphill, Angela Ward (Cliff), Darla Hemphill Loga and Tonya Hemphill McCurdy; and his nieces and nephews, Krystal Hemphill, Amber Loga, Ashley Loga, Rachel Ward, LouAnna Dixon, Ariel McCurdy, Matthew Loga, Dallas Dixon and Micheal McCurdy. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
