She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Lee Daugherty and Rosie L. Daugherty (Billy Gene Baxley); and her siblings, Billy Ray Daugherty and Anita Rose Daugherty. She is survived by: her children, Donnie Baxley (Sharon), James "Ben" Baxley (Amie), Tina Smith (Phillip) and Anita Foshee (David); and her brothers, Robert Daugherty and Jimmy Daugherty (Jean). She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 6 Great- Grandchildren.
