She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Toole, Jr. and Janie Lee McCullar Toole; and her siblings, James Irwin T, Robert T, Melvin T and Betty Jane Mathews.

She is survived by: her children, Kamme Vernon Riddle (Kris) and Shannon Vernon (Gina); her grandchildren, Nathan Vernon (Emily) and Lilly Riddle; and her great grandchild Jameson Knox Vernon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
