He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ruth McPherson Scoggin (Mollie); his parents, Eugene Fredrick Scoggin and Odie Ozella Walden Scoggin; and his siblings, Kenneth D. Scoggin and Jeanette Scoggin Conlee.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Lynn Scoggin Ishee of Ellisville, Cynthia Dianne Scoggin Johnson of Ellisville and Cheryl Denise Scoggin Clark (Sherriel) of Laurel; his granddaughters, Laura Elizabeth Clark of Ellisville and Sarah Lynn Ishee of Ellisville; his great grandchild Jacob Ryan Kersh of Ellisville; his brother Wilfred; his son-in-law Stanley Howard Ishee; and his granddaughter Stacey Marie Ishee Crocker. He is also survived by husband and son.
