It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vermell Sims Tew of Ellisville, Mississippi, who passed away on June 3, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband John Sims; her parents, Horace Boleware and Iva Boleware; her sisters, Brenda Boleware and Barbara Boleware; and her grandson Josh Sims.
She is survived by: her husband Frankie Tew; her children, Craig Sims (Faye), Pam Sumrall (Don) and Donna Parker (Otis); her grandchildren, Kim Whiddon (Jason), Jessica Parker and Kaylee Parker; her great grandchild Layne Whiddon (Ashlynn); her siblings, Merle McDonald, Pat Lowery (Shirley) and Oscar Boleware (Carmen); and her stepchildren, Mike Tew, Jacquie Neff and Kim Blackburn.
