With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Samuel Kenneth Godwin Sr. of Ellisville, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 27, 2024 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his daughter Stephanie Dickerson; his father James C. Godwin; and his siblings, Charlie Godwin and Stella Godwin. He is survived by: his children, Samuel Godwin, Jr. and Melanie Key (Anthony); his mother Grace Jefcoat Holifield; and his brothers, Carl Godwin and Mike Godwin (Cathy).
A graveside service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the BIG Creek Cemetery.
