He was predeceased by: his son Steven Patrick Hazelrigg; his parents, Herbert Herman Hazelrigg and Josephine Susan Hazelrigg; and his siblings, Roland Hazelrigg, Darrel Hazelrigg, Raymond Hazelrigg and Rosemary Hazelrigg.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Irene Hazelrigg; and his children, Milton Daniel Hazelrigg (Teresa) and Sandra Carter (Gary). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers, nieces and nephew.
