He was predeceased by: his wife Lori Sullivan Stephens; his grandparents, Jesse, Versie Stephens, Millard and Annie Lou Byrd; and his father Jarvis Earl Stephens.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Collins; his sisters, Mary Margaret Boykin and Teresa Ishee (Ken); his children, Sarah Beth Lack (Joseph), Jeremy Stephens (Melanie) and Zachary Stephens (Amanda); his grandchildren, Kylee Stephens, Jace Stephens, Nolan Lack and Natalie Lack Henry Lack; and his nieces and nephews, Josh Ishee, Jon Marshall Ishee, Jana Ishee and Kaitlyn Boykin. He is also survived by his grandparents in Sandersville with his siblings and cousins.
