He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Harper, Jr. and Vera Lee McWilliams Harper; and his siblings, Thomas Jefferson Harper, III and Ruby Rren Harper Errington. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Harper (Patsy) of Clem, James Harper (Joni) of Mendenhall, Mississippi, Lynn Harper Broome (TM) of Braxton, Pat Harper Boone of Magee and Mary Harper Higgs (George) of Leona, Texas; and his sister-in-law Ann Neely Harper of Braxton, Mississippi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews Pallbearers will be friends and family.
