She is survived by: her husband Carl D. Manning Sr.; her children, Wanda Whited (Jimmy), Wilma Manning Persaud (Bobby), Carl D. Manning Jr. (Amy) and Michael Manning (Trisha); her siblings, Frank, Richard, Ronnie Adams, Patricia Dodd, Shirley Shane and Dianne Ruiz; and her grandchildren, Lisa Williams, Henry Whited Jr., Kristopher Alexander, Courtney Byrd, Magen, Marcy, Michael Persaud, Ashley, Alivia and Bryanna Manning. She is also survived by step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren including numerous nieces and nephews.
