He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Horne and Martha Horne; and his daughter Stacie Horne. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Watts Horne; his daughter Dr. Alison Horne; his grandchildren, Joshua Keith Junkin and Sydney Kathryn Junkin; his brother Allen Horne; and his niece Lisa Horne.
