He is survived by: his brother Robbie Hathorn; his wife Frances Bullock Boleware of Prentiss; his children, Cindy Boleware Puckett (Jerry, II) of Prentiss, Tammy Boleware Rayborn of Ellisville and Johnny Kent Boleware, Jr. of Petal; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Watts of Columbia and Clarette Boleware of Crystal River, FL.; and his grandchildren, John Henry Rayborn, Johnna Rayborn and Chloe Boleware. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
