He is survived by: his wife Josie Smith; his children, Johnny Smith (Ami), Mark Smith (Sabrina), Michelle Thomas (Allison) and Lisa Brewer (James); his sisters, Ruth Kelly (Norwood) and Dolliann Crawford; and his grandchildren, Wesley Thomas (Tiffany), Colby Smith, Brody Smith (Brandi) of Tyler Havard, T. J, Jacob Brewer, Toni Busby (Matt), Jada Hinton (Kel), Katie Smith (Josh) and Ragen Smith. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
