She is survived by: her husband Keaton Lee; her daughters, Madilyn Lee, Layla Nicholson and Hannah Hartfield; her parents, Leon Vernon Hartfield (Deborah Cagle) and Tessie Ward (Tony); her sister Jessica Creighton (Dwayne); her niece Savannah Creighton; and her nephew Case Creighton.
