She was predeceased by: her husband William Thomas Cook; her children, William Thomas "Bill" Cook, Jr. and Roma Faye Herring; and her sisters, Lola Irene Wright and Eva Lavene Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Ann Holmes (Mike) of Sherwood, OR, Hazel Gail Sumrall (Tom) of Richton, Paula Jean Green (Ronnie) of Ellisville and Robert Joel Cook of Laurel; her children-in-law, Reuben Reed Herring of Tylertown and Martha Cook of Memphis, TN; and her siblings, Thelma Jean Reed and Rivers Wayne Holmes (Faye). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 16 great great grandchildren.
