She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hugh McKenzie and Hattie Jewel Stuckey McKenzie of Mt. Olive, MS.; and her brother John Edward McKenzie. She is survived by: her husband Mitchel Curtis Sharp; her children, Diana Sharp, Shannon Sharp and David Sharp; her grandson Charlie Goldman; and her great grandchild Waylan Goldman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sand Hill Baptist Church Cemetery (69 Sandhill Church Rd, Ellisville, MS 39437).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to cancer research.
