He is survived by: his wife Wanda Pitts Welsh; his children, Jessica Street (Stacey) and Quincy Welsh; his grandchildren, James Street, Cason Eastman, Victoria Davis (Andrew), Abigail Welsh, Aiden Eastman, Lorelai Eastman, Jordanna Welsh and Joyleigh Welsh; and his sisters, Glenda Welsh and D'Wan Welsh. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, and a great-great niece.
