He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Johnson; his daughters, Paula Thorpe (Wayne), Pamala Holder (Kevin), Dot Pittman and Christine Edwards; and his grandchildren, Kyle Hurst, Matthew Hurst, Tyler Holder, Rebecca Holder, Elizabeth Miller, Max Webb, Joey Webb, Mary Katherine Ledbetter, Rachel Ledbetter, Sarah Webb, Reagan Webb, Kennedy Alva and John Walker Webb. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Veterans Museum or The Good Sheppard Clinic in Laurel, Mississippi.
