He was predeceased by: his sister Francis Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Betty Phillips; his parents, Frazier Phillips and Earline Phillips; his children, Vickie, Amy Rebecca and Jeremiah; his stepchildren, Tonya, Maria and John; and his siblings, Kay, Debbie, Stacy, Ray, Steve and Wayne. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
