She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Lavelle Cooley; and her parents, William Yelverton and Lorraine Yelverton. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Scott Cooley (Joanna) and Steven Lavelle Cooley (Sharon); and her grandchildren, Tristan Dakota Cooley, Weston Lavelle Cooley, Gracelyn Nicole Cooley, McClellan Elizabeth Cooley and Merritt Holliman Cooley.

In Lieu of flowers the family has request donations be made to Ellisville First Methodist Church.
