It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor R. Cochran of Ellisville, Mississippi, born in Laurel, Mississippi, who passed away on May 15, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert D. Cochran; her parents, Leroy Sims and Jimmie Sims; and her siblings, Verlon Wiles, Merlene Ivey, Elizabeth Cooley and James Sims.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Carpenter (Michael); her grandsons, Blaine Carpenter (Kala) and John Robert Carpenter (Bonnie); her great grandchildren, Emma Grace Carpenter, Breeze Carpenter, Cooper Carpenter, Daisy Carpenter and Ranger Carpenter; and her sister Melba Taylor (William). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
