She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoy Carter and Ruthie Aultman Carter; and her siblings, Pauline Clark and Jim Carter. She is survived by: her sons, Bo Welborn (Joanne) of Laurel, Mike Welborn (Linda) of Ellisville and Mitch Welborn of Laurel; and her sister Dee Stapleton of Sumrall. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
