He is survived by: his wife Francina Kay Eden Boutwell; his children, Sam Boutwell, Raine Dale Boutwell, Stephanie Sullivan (Zac), Missy Downing (Taylor) and Kassie Ford; his grandchildren, Audri Bailey, Parker Downing, Crew Sullivan and Wayne Boutwell; and his siblings, Jeffery Boutwell, Cynthia Young (Tom) and Linda King (Kevin). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
