He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grover Doggette and Myrtle Doggette; his son Billy Doggette, Jr.; his grandson Kameron McCarty; his wife Sylvia A. Doggette; his daughter Leisa Payne (David); his stepchildren, Angel Hughes (Justin), Kristi Bush (Gevan) and Rusty Allison (Courtney); his grandchildren, Mindy Parton, Cheyenne Ishee (Nic), Jay Jay Hughes, Kaleb Bush, Mia, Toni, Shiloh and Maggie Jane Allison; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Khloe, Hannah Parton, Peighton, Paislee Chandler, Adalyn Claire Hughes and Baylor McCarty; and his siblings, Betty Embrey (Lewis), Mary Lynn Scaturro (Leonard) and Grover Doggette.
