She was predeceased by: her husband James Wade; her parents, Henry Smith and Shelly Smith; and her siblings, George Henry, Ollie Dean, Pete, Leo and Francis.
She is survived by: her children, Carroll Wade (Andria) and Debbie Bishop (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Amy Duke (Kie), Kourtney Wade, Allison Butler (Rob), Reuben Bishop and Jeremy Wade (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Lily Duke, Larkin Duke, Emmalyn Wade, Devin Odom, Cain Merrell, Blayne James, Raiden Bishop and Drew Wade; and her sister Ruth Holtz. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
