She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore "Sonny" Oggs III of Kenner, LA; her parents, Willy Sims and Mary Sims of Ellisville, MS; and her siblings, John T. Sims of Ellisville, Mark Williamson, Marvin Williamson, Evelyn Thornton and Inez Sims.
She is survived by: her children, Theodore A. Oggs IV (Tammie), Sharon McGuire (Johnny) and Karen Burnham (Duck); and her sibling-in-law Vermel Sims of Ellisville, MS. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
