He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Cook, Mable Joyce Rankin (Clinton) and Ruth Welch (Robert); and his daughters, Angela Marie Burkes (Eric Burkes) and Donna Michelle Burkes (Nathan Burkes). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
