He is survived by: his wife Pat McDuff Phillips; his children, Chris Phillips (Bridget) of Texas, Greg Phillips (Kim) of Sevierville, TN and Johnnie Ann Phillips of Edwards, MS; his siblings, Ruby Nell Gill (Terry) of Arkansas, Betty Ann Phillips of Vicksburg and Butch Phillips (Jennifer) of Vicksburg; his mother-in-law Lou McDuff of Vicksburg; and his aunt Betty Worthy of Vicksburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
