He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ashley and Avanelle Ashley; and his wife Cynthia Ashley. He is survived by: his daughter Faith Ashley Shelton (Michael) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Alyssa and Zachary Shelton; and his brothers, Larry Ashley (Joyce) of Flowood and Terry Ashley (Brenda) of Crystal Springs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
