He was predeceased by: his grandfather William Mathews. He is survived by: his parents, Richard McCullough and Pam McCullough; his brother Holden McCullough (Ashley McCullough); his nephews, Rylan McCullough, Rooker McCullough and Baylor McCullough; and his grandparents, Keith McCullough, Mary McCullough and Shirley Mathews. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
