She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Knudsen; her close friend Ray Barton; her parents, John Terry and Martha Ann Shaffer Lewis; and her siblings, Clatie Lewis, Thurman Lewis, George Lewis, Raymond Lewis, James Lewis, Guy Lewis, Florence Boyd, Sarah Holland and Vera Lewis.
She is survived by: her nephew James Lewis (Staci, family: Amber Hall, Hayden Hall, Andrea Lewis); her stepdaughter Debbie Knudsen Orr (Charlie); her stepgrandsons, Doug Goehring and Chase Orr; her grandchildren, Tyler King (Vicky), Ashley Barton, Ethan Barton and Scott Barton; and her goddaughters, Kari Sams and Kelli Managhan (Marc). She is also survived by family.
