He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Aubrey "Jim" and Vera Lucille Russell; and his sisters, Charlene Stepp, Fleeta Sneed, Evie Jean Mask and Willa Dean Priddy.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Russell; his sons, Andy Russell (Susan), Alan Russell (Allison) and Matt Russell (Marley); his grandchildren, Anna Caldwell (Matt), Emily Stout (Kensey), Hannah Smith (Dusty), Mallory Gibson (Gentry), Cason Russell, Caylen Russell and Cambree Russell; and his great grandchildren, Maxey Stout, AJ Caldwell, Carver Stout, Lydia Stout, Wiley Caldwell, Bo Miles Smith, Rorey Caldwell and Hutton Smith.
