It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Schaefer of Ecru, Mississippi, who passed away on May 17, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Andrew and Gladys Lee Schaefer; and his daughter Virginia Lynn Schaefer. He is survived by: his wife Jane Schaefer; his children, Carl Schaefer (LaBandi), Jaqueline Schaefer, Janice Hedgespeth and Christine Schaefer (Christopher); his siblings, Robert Schaefer (Barbara Ann), Carolyn Hutchison (Robert) and Barbara Ann Turner; and his grandchildren, Chaz Michael Schaefer and Taylor Ann Schaefer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
