He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert W. Denton and Mildred Denton; and his grandparents, Rev. Mallie, Effie Brown, Samual and Margret Denton.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Denton; his children, Tina Derrick and Christopher Denton (Melissa); his grandchildren, Alexis Derrick (Mikey), Hannah Voyles (Clay), Tanner Derrick (Cassidy), Sisco (Hunter) of Kansas, Bailey Denton and Allie Grace Edge; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel Armour, Aubrie Shelton, Hinleigh Shelton, Peyton Voyles, Bingham Voyles, Kinsleigh West and Kamdyn Sisco.
