With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bettye E. Farmer (Durant, Mississippi), who passed away on February 22, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Garland Jones; her husband Marvin Farmer of West, Mississippi.; her parents, Johnny Elton "Buck" and Nettie Bell Edwards; her daughter Diane Massey; her daughter-in-law Mary Jane Nichols Bouchillon; and her siblings, Bill, Jimmy and Bobbie Hisaw.
She is survived by: her sisters, Bonnie Tooley (late Dick), Beverly Pinney (Jim) and Brenda Edwards (Don); her children, Jackie Trueblood (Roy), Gene Bouchillon (Rena) and Tommy Jones (Sandra); her son-in-law Sammy Massey (late Diane); her grandchild Gray Bouchillon (Kate); her great grandchild Marin; her grandson Nolan Bouchillon Brown (Steve); her great grandchildren, Eloise and Julian; her grandson Christopher Massey; her great grandchild Caroline; and her grandchildren, Casey Jones and Katie Lee Jones Hines (Thomas). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
