She was predeceased by: her parents, Erick Watson and Eunice Harper Otts; her husband Billy Otts; and her daughter-in-law Darlene Otts. She is survived by: her children, Shirley Hancock (David) of Dumas, MS, Carol Newby (Wesley) of Southaven, MS, Billy Otts of Dumas, MS, Bobby Otts of Dumas, MS and Patsy Glisson (Leon) of Dumas, MS; her close friend Dale Dunlap; her cousin Wanda Mask; and her brother-in-law Bennie Otts. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
