With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Blakely of Duck Hill, Mississippi, born in Grenada, Mississippi, who passed away on August 12, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Lena Belle Collins Blakely; his son Darian Alexis Blakely; and his siblings, Vivian Dickson, Virginia Rocha Thompson and Terrell Blakely.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Blakely; his children, Chanda Blakely Reed (Phillip) and Damon Blakely (Carrie); his siblings, Mamie Fowler, Yvonna Threadgill and Joe Max Blakely; his grandchildren, Seth Reed, Riley Reed, Chloe Blakely, Beau Blakely and Kaleigh Reed; and his great grandchild Hattie Grace Reed.
