He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy Gerald and Ann Newton Ferguson; and his brother Sammy G. Ferguson, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Maggie Ferguson; his son Warren Andrew Ferguson of Duck Hill; his siblings, Suzanne Shorter of Hazlehurst, Elin Juchheim (Max) of Grenada, Joy Portera of Brandon, Kathy Ferguson of Memphis, Dr. Patty Ferguson of Memphis, Jean Carpenter of Grenada, Dr. Chris Ferguson (Christa) of Eads, TN and Sean Ferguson (Connie) of Jackson; and his aunt Mariglyn Meacham of Senatobia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Bettie Hudgens Memorial Scholarship at Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL.
