She was predeceased by: her parents, H. B. Woods and Johnnie Q. Cleary; her son Kenneth Ray Martin; and her niece Marcie James. She is survived by: her children, Michael L. Martin of Monticello, Eric L. Martin of Little Rock and Natalie S. Woods of Monticello; her siblings, Bertha Lee Woods Robinson of Chicago, IL and Ebenezer James, Jr. of Hamburg; her goddaughters, Toccara Veasey Daniels and Tanira Lamb; her aunt Annie Bell Johnson of Little Rock; and her close friends, Clementine Russ, Sherry K. Lambert Toney and Shirley Lamb. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and great grandchildren; two nephews; four nieces.
