He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elliott Coleman and Ethel Trainor Coleman; his former wife Emry Jean Little Coleman; and his daughters, Emry Jennifer Coleman Cumbaa and Camille Coleman Whitecotton.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Avent McGregor; his son William DeWitt of Manchaca, TX; his stepchildren, Randy McGregor of Grenada, MS, Melinda Carter (Rocky) of Rena Lara, MS and Sonya Burchfield (Allen) of Cleveland, MS; his grandchildren, William Lee Coleman, Jennifer Hart Sachs, Heather Sloan, Noel Marion Cumbaa, Elizabeth Hooper and Lanie Cumbaa Bridewell; and his great grandchild Step.
