He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hugh and Margaret Burchfield; his daughter Sherri Ralston; his grandson Jimmy Drew Burchfield; and his brothers, William Hugh Burchfield, Clarence Burchfield, Paul Burchfield and Floyd Burchfield.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Burchfield of Drew, MS; his children, Timothy Burchfield of Tulsa, OK, Jeff Burchfield (Kerrie) of Cascilla, MS, Angel Burchfield (Jeff) of Drew, MS, Sandra Ward of Port St and Natalie Warren of Bell Buckle, TN; and his sisters, Margaret Wilson of Glendora, MS, Sylvia Haynes of Drew, MS, Carol Williams of Webb, MS and Debbie Stokes of Gould, AR. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the West Drew Baptist Church (139 Lombardy Rd, Drew, MS 38737).
