She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lee Butler and Gertrude Virginia Butler; her brother Benny Butler; her husbands, William Duke, Jr. and Norman Ralph Nyberg; her sons, Robert Earl Duke and William Duke III; her granddaughter Natalie Elaine Duke; and her caregiver Buddy Jackson.
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Marie Halley (Helen Jean Emerson) of Memphis, TN; her grandchildren, William Curtis Duke (Sheena), William Casey Duke (Brandy) and Adrian Salem; her great grandchildren, Zane, Christopher, Kaitlyn, Tiffiny, Shain, Leeanne and JoePaul; and her caregiver Pasty Jackson of Shaw, MS..
