She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mitchell and Thelma Mitchell; her husband Bobby Austin Williams, Sr.; and her siblings, Virginia Mitchell and Terry Ludwig.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Mayo (Michael), Virginia Scarbrough (Bill), Bobby Williams, Jr. and William Williams; and her siblings, Dawn Raye Moffitt, Mary Ruth Ludwig and John Ludwig. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to a charity of your choice.
