He was predeceased by: his parents, H. H. "Mike" and Sarah Eaves Davis; his wife Linda Broussard Davis; and his sons, Michael Davis and Glenn Davis.

He is survived by: his son Paul H. Davis, Jr. (Traci); his granddaughters, Jordan and Emma; and his nephews, Frank Broussard and Dellis Worsham. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
