She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar McDonald and Lessie McDonald. She is survived by: her sister Leddie Hill; and her children, Linda Meade (Steve), Lois Harwood (Alan), Jerry Gandy (Michelle) and Leslie Harrington. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren (9 spouses), 17 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (1560 Popp's Ferry Rd, Biloxi, MS 39532). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
