He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Cruse, Sr. and Ada Skinner Cruse; his son David Wayne Cruse; and his siblings, Elmer Cruse, Melvin Cruse, Chester Cruse and Dorothy Holland (Dot).
He is survived by: his daughter Sue Jurich (Scotty) of D'Iberville, MS; his daughter-in-law Maria Cruse of Biloxi, MS; his sons, Lee Edward Cruse (Marilyn) of Waco, TX and Mark Cruse of Biloxi, MS; and his half-sister Sheila Kohlmeyer. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.
