She was predeceased by: her father John Gerkens (Johann); her husband Lionell; her granddaughter Ashley Nicole Seymour; her son-in-law Arny Gollott Jr.; her mother Alice Jean Price Gerkens; and her siblings, Mary Louise (Pinky), Jean, Alma, Anna, Johnnie, Tillie, Bobby and John Gerkens, III.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Michelle), Cherie (John) and Tracy; her grandchildren, Jamie (Jamie), Sarah, Michael Jr., McKenzie and Morgan; her great grandchild James Edward Lee III; her sisters, Sally, Martha (Curtis) and Kim; and her caregiver Linda Broom. She is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
