He is survived by: his wife Susan Trahan Fountain; his sons, Jeffrey Fountain (Jill) and Craig Fountain (Catherine); his siblings, Janice Miller (Ronnie) and Rodney "Butch" Fountain (Sandra); his grandchildren, Lauren Brandt (Justin), Cecilia Platt (Cameron), Cassidy Fountain and Jack Barrett; and his great grandchild Bennett Brandt.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in his memory to be made to the Knights of Columbus Council 9094 in D'Iberville or to St. Vincent de Paul, D'Iberville.
