He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Fulcher; his father Marvin Lee Fulcher; his brother Daniel Fulcher; his son Logan Fulcher of Chesapeake, VA; his stepdaughter Heidi Romero (Scott); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Thomas Wagner, Aubrey James, Jennifer and Jean Romero; and his parents-in-law, Mike and Elfriede Murphy.
